We bought a '15 Malibu and the check engine light came on just a couple hours after driving it off the lot. Tay was very professional and took care of us by loaning a vehicle to drive while the car went to service, because the sevice department didn't have a loaner at the time. The part they needed to fix it took over 2 weeks to get, and we were starting to get a little anxious. Tay worked with his GM and parts manager and got the problem resolved and the car fixed.
